Jason has been teaching at Southland for 25 years. During that time he has taught Algebra 1, geometry (regular and honors), Algebra 3, world history, pre-algebra, 7th grade math, 7th grade life science, computer technology, computer programming, STEM, and forensics. For the 2023-2024 school year, he will be teaching Algebra 1 - 8th honors, Geometry (regular and honors), and Algebra 3. Jason attended West Laurens High School in Dublin, Georgia. After graduation he went to Middle Georgia College and earned an Associate's Degree in Middle Grades Education. He then transferred to Georgia Southwestern State University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Education.
