Applying (New Families)

The application process for students is very similar regardless of grade.  The process has five steps:

Step 1 - Complete an application

Click the "Application" button on the right to begin the application process.

Step 2  - Tour the Campus
Students and parents visit classrooms and receive a tour of our campus.  This time also allows for one-on-one conversations about curriculum, activities, tuition, and other questions.  To schedule a campus tour click the "Visit" button on the right.
Step 3 -  Take an Entrance Test
Testing depends on the age of the student.  Younger students have a “play date” with a current teacher.  Older students (2nd grade and above) take a written test that covers language arts and math.  This can be scheduled by clicking the "Test" button on the right.
Step 4 - Submit Records Request
All students’ permanent records must be received before admissions in complete.  Records will include previous academic reports, behavior reports, and applicable medical records. Click "Records Request" button to the right to print the form.

Step 5 - Set up Payments/Apply for Scholarships/Financial Aid

Once a student is accepted a payment plan is set up through the business office.  The initial date to be considered for scholarships and financial aid is March 10th.  Families interested in applying for scholarships and financial aid can begin that process by clicking the "Scholarship/Financial Aid" button on the right.
